  When booking a reservation with this hotel, the website stated that there would be a refund if a cancelation was made within a certain amount of time. After clicking link it took me to a booking agent. Apparently there is a no refund policy with the booking agent. After going back and forth with the booking agent and the owners of the hotel, neither would admit to having the money that was already sent and refused to issue a refund. Unfortunately, due to circumstances out of my control, I was not able to go on the intended vacation and did not receive a refund as the website had stated I would.   I wish I could give 10 stars! Our experience staying here was absolutely wonderful. The customer service is stellar, and it's immediately apparent the staff strives to offer a wonderful experience to the customers. The staff was friendly,  helpful,  and always inviting.  The rooms were the cleanest that we had experienced on our 2 week road trip! They offered an in room mini fridge,  coffee,  tea, and microwave as extras.  The bed was comfortable,  well made, and fresh smelling. The pillows were fluffy,  and there were extra pillows on the bed,  another plus!  I was excited to find the shower caddy offered wonderful smelling shampoo,  body wash,  and conditioner! As a reviewer, I literally could not find a single thing wrong with our room,  and we had a wonderful night of uninterrupted sleep! This is the quietest motel we have EVER stayed in! The air/ heat unit worked perfectly and kept us at a perfect room temperature.  The location is perfect for noise reduction, and as a bonus, there is wildlife by the stream to add to the relaxing experience. We were even more impressed upon realizing they offer a full breakfast area that includes a home cooked fresh bar of eggs, sausage and potatoes.  There is multiple breakfast options, including fresh food,  juice,  waffles,  cereal,  drinks,  yogurts.. so many options to start your day on a full stomach and a smile! All part of the amazing customer service they offer. You won't regret spending a peaceful and relaxing night here! The prices were the lowest in the area , and the motel is the nicest!  There is ample parking for larger vehicles,  and parking area is clean and well kept. They work very hard to make your experience A+ and it shows in the perfect experience they offer,  10 stars would be my review!

  This privately owned property was highly recommended.  The owners are painstakingly remodeling the entire property.  We didn't get one of the finished rooms. Our room was still in need of a little attention.  It was huge, comfortable room with good water pressure.  We will be back, our next time through Dillon.

Side note, if you stay at the Beaverhead Lodge, Bannock, MT is a short, beautiful drive away. Bannock is a wonderfully preserved Ghost Town. Its worth the drive!

  Great option if going cheaper but still want decent breakfast and cleanliness.

It was what we expected. We went for the cheaper option as a quick night stay on our long drive. Newly renovated which was nice, but it is still an older building with older plumbing, electricity, etc.

Overall, it was good.  We were happy with it and saving a little money.
