By pressing the ‘Buy It Now’ Button, Generalbathroom assume buyers have accepted General bathroom’s Payment policy, Shipping & Handling Policy, Return Policy and Terms and Conditions.
  2. Please read and follow the product instructions carefully. Our warranty does not apply to products that have been misused,modified,repaired or abused by anyone
  3. All customers must contact us via email within 7 days after receipt in regards any return. We are not liable for any return if customers simply change of mind or order by mistake. Customers need to pay return postage plus 15% restocking fee along with original packaging and all accessories. If we receive an item without an email notification, a return will not be processed.
  4. Upon receipt of the item and completions of our inspection, if the order is found to be defective,we can either grant a full refund(Paypal or bank transfer),or a replacement with no additional cost. Generalbathroom reserves the right as final authority on whether the products should be replaced or refunded.
  5. Delivery and Insurance charges cannot be claimed for refund.
