I am Phunuru Sherpa, a professional trekking guide and interpreter based in Nepal. Born and raised in Lukla, the gateway to Mount Everest, I grew up surrounded by the Himalayas, Sherpa culture, and the traditions of mountain life.
The Himalayas are not only my profession — they are my home, my heritage, and my lifelong passion. With years of experience guiding across Nepal’s diverse mountain regions, I specialize in safe, authentic, and unforgettable Himalayan experiences for travelers from around the world.
My goal is to take you beyond the ordinary trekking experience — to connect you with the mountains, local communities, hidden landscapes, and the true spirit of Nepal.
