AT-EW80PTT is a special version of AT-PD utilizing twin shuttle tables for improved productivity. Cylinder Machines:

Marathon

The Mino Marathon cylinder press has been specially designed for printing on thin flexiable materials and is ideal for short and long runs. With its high accuracy and printing quality it lends itself to printing of decals, overlays, membrane switches, ceramic decals etc. Its High speed capacity is specially valuable for printing scratch of inks on spot varnishing. The unique angle access feature makes this press operator friendly and reduces set up and change over times. The angle access option means that the printing head will up to give the operator full access to the feed board and underside of the screen without climbing into the machine or removing the screen for press cleaning during a job run. The Marathon cylinder press is delivered with an automatic feeder.

Mino EDC

The Mino EDC is a true 360 degrees stop cylinder press ideal for very high accuracy printing for decals, overlays, touch panels, flexible circuits, ceramic decals etc. This 4-post press incorporates a motorized printing head lift which gives full access to the feed board and printing area as well as to the underside of the screen , on press cleaning of the screen is quick and easy without having to remove the screen which further reduces downtime. PLC-controlled with large touch screen display makes this press ready and easy to operate.

Mino EDC

The Mino Secta is a fully automatic sector screen printing machine with a unique feature, a large diameter sector instead of a cylinder which makes it possible to print both flexible and semi rigid materials at high speeds. This newly developed machine also incorporates a patented stop gripper system which guarantees precise register independent of the printing speed. This 4-post press incorporates a motorized printing head lift which gives full access to the feed board and printing area as well as to the underside of the screen , on press cleaning of the screen is quick and easy without having to remove the screen which further reduces downtime. PLC-controlled with large touch screen display makes this press ready and easy to operate

Interchange Dryers:

UV-Jet

The UVJet is a compact dual or single lamp UV curing unit with features not available on similar priced units. The UVJet features a powerful vacuum system for substrate stability and efficient ozone exhaust. Forced ambient air keeps substrates cool, reducing the risk of distortion even on the most sensitive of materials.

MD-8

The MD-8 is a compact, powerful gas fired dryer designed to cure a wide variety of substrates. The MD-8 has many of the same terrific features as the AirJet, with a space saving footprint and a price that fits into even the most modest budget. The MD-8 offers our patented Air Deflector recycling system which re- irculates heated air through the heat chamber.

Mino Wicket

The Interchange ARD is of robust construction and modular design for industrial usage and can be delivered in various sizes and executions.

The dryer can be equipped with two different types of racks: standard or gripper type. The gripper type will securely hold the sheet throughout the dryer during the turn and return for full sheet control.

There are three different dryer options: Room temperature / Warm air up to 122º F. (50º C.) / Warm air up to 212º F. (100º C.).
Rack pitch can be ordered 1” or 1½“
Dryer is based on 98½” (2500 mm) modular units.
